Our mission is to elevate customer service in healthcare to the highest standard, ensuring every patient interaction is seamless, efficient, and supportive. We deliver cutting-edge SaaS solutions that enhance the entire patient journey, from initial access and self-scheduling to intake, form completion, and billing. Our virtual agents are designed to augment existing healthcare teams or function as a fully autonomous digital workforce, offering flexible options to meet organizations wherever they are in their AI adoption journey.
  • • As a leading SaaS provider in digital health, Artera empowers healthcare organizations to improve patient access and operational efficiency. Our AI-powered virtual agents, capable of handling over 2 billion communications annually in 109 languages across voice, text, and web, are trusted by a vast network of over 1,000 provider organizations. This includes a diverse range of clients such as specialty groups, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and federal agencies, collectively engaging approximately 100 million patients each year. We are driven by a decade of deep healthcare expertise, amplified by the power of artificial intelligence.
  • • The opportunity for an Account Executive (AE) at Artera Technologies is a pivotal role focused on driving significant growth within our established and prospective healthcare client base. This position is designed for a high-achiever who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment and possesses a passion for transforming healthcare through technological innovation. You will be instrumental in engaging key decision-makers at premier specialty provider organizations, expertly navigating complex sales cycles to deliver impactful, tech-enabled solutions that demonstrably improve care delivery and streamline operational workflows.
  • • In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), working collaboratively to identify and qualify leads. However, you will own the entire sales pipeline from inception to close. This includes conducting thorough market research, developing strategic outreach plans, and executing sophisticated sales strategies to secure new business. Your ability to uncover opportunities through diligent industry intelligence gathering, leveraging digital channels, and engaging in real-world networking will be critical to your success.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in consultative selling, understanding the nuances of selling complex solutions into the healthcare sector. You should be adept at building strong relationships, understanding client needs deeply, and articulating the value proposition of Artera's AI-driven solutions with clarity and conviction. This role demands a proactive approach, resilience in the face of challenges, and a commitment to achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • • Artera is recognized not only for its groundbreaking technology but also for its exceptional company culture. Since our founding in 2015, we have consistently received accolades for our rapid growth and innovative contributions to the healthcare technology landscape. We have been named to the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies list for five consecutive years (2020-2024), and the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 for the same period (2021-2025). Furthermore, Built In has recognized us as a Best Place to Work for six consecutive years (2021-2026). Our industry recognition extends to features in Forbes as one of America's Best Startup Employers, Newsweek's World's Best Digital Health Companies, and Business Insider's list of the top 44 Startups to Bet Your Career on in 2024.
  • • As an Account Executive, you will be empowered to make a tangible impact on the healthcare industry. You will represent a product that directly addresses critical pain points for providers, such as patient access, administrative burden, and operational inefficiencies. By successfully closing deals, you will contribute to Artera's mission of making healthcare the number one industry in customer service, ultimately benefiting both providers and the millions of patients they serve. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing, award-winning company at the forefront of digital health transformation and build a rewarding career.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying prospects through strategic prospecting and market analysis, to developing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth handover to our implementation and customer success teams. Continuous learning about the evolving healthcare landscape and Artera's product suite will be essential to maintaining your competitive edge and providing expert guidance to potential clients.
  • • We are looking for individuals who are not just sales professionals, but also passionate advocates for improving healthcare outcomes through technology. Your ability to understand the unique challenges faced by specialty provider organizations and tailor Artera's solutions to meet those specific needs will be paramount. This role offers significant earning potential through a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure, rewarding your success and contributions to the company's growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of success in consultative sales, preferably within the healthcare technology (SaaS) sector, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and exceed quotas.
  • • Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape, including specialty groups, and the ability to articulate the value proposition of technology solutions to key decision-makers (e.g., practice administrators, physicians, IT leaders).
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
  • • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Must be comfortable with prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals independently.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • • Currently authorized and able to provide proof of full-time, long-term authorization to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure, offering significant earning potential.
  • • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • • Generous paid time off (PTO) and company holidays.
  • • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a rapidly growing, award-winning company.
  • • Stock options/equity in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • • Collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on innovation and employee well-being.
