- • As an Account Executive (AE) at CRS Group Inc., you will be at the forefront of our mission to empower an equitable economy through enhanced access to regulated data and modern technology. This is a unique opportunity to join a remote-friendly, entrepreneurial, and energetic team that is revolutionizing the credit industry. With 25 years of credit industry expertise merged with cutting-edge technology, CRS Group Inc. is a certified Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) for Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion, offering an all-in-one platform for credit and compliance. We are seeking a high-initiative individual who excels in complex solution selling and possesses credible industry depth to drive significant growth.
- • In this pivotal role, you will own a quota and manage the full lifecycle of deals, acting as a trusted and strategic partner to senior buyers, including Chief Revenue Officers (CROs), Chief Compliance Officers (CCOs), Chief Product Officers (CPOs), and Heads of Risk and Credit. Your ability to engage technically will be crucial; you'll be comfortable discussing data flows, integration paths, and product fit, seamlessly looping in Product Engineering when necessary to provide comprehensive solutions.
- • This position demands a true hunter mentality. We need someone who can proactively create and shape seven-figure opportunities, particularly within our priority verticals such as Debt Consolidation, Card Issuing Consumer Banking, Lead Trigger Marketing, and PropTech. Familiarity with the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) domain is a significant advantage. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently close deals ranging from $250K to $750K in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), while also developing and landing larger $1M+ ARR opportunities. Expanding our footprint with marquee customers and elevating CRS Group Inc.'s presence across the ecosystem are key objectives.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and solution design to building compelling business cases, negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring a structured handoff to our post-sale teams. You will be adept at solution selling across our suite of data products and APIs, mapping customer workflows, proposing effective integration patterns, and translating intricate technical concepts into clear, tangible business outcomes.
- • Building and advancing pipeline beyond inbound leads will be a core function. This involves running targeted outbound campaigns into named accounts and priority verticals, demonstrating a proactive approach to market penetration. You will engage executive stakeholders, leading multi-threaded pursuits that align various departments on the customer's side, including Risk, Credit, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- • Representing CRS Group Inc. at industry conferences and field events is another vital aspect of the role. This includes curating strategic meetings, hosting valuable networking events, and converting high-value conversations into qualified sales pursuits. You will collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams to shape deals that are not only implementable and scalable but also deliver maximum value to our clients.
- • Accurate forecasting within our CRM system is essential. You will maintain impeccable deal hygiene, employ rigorous qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC, and ensure disciplined progression through sales stages. Furthermore, you will contribute valuable vertical-specific points of view (POVs), including deal archetypes, playbooks, and reference architectures, to empower the broader sales team to sell more effectively and efficiently.
- • You will embody a sense of urgency and pace, proactively identifying and removing roadblocks, driving next steps, and keeping all stakeholders aligned to timelines. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving growth in the regulated data and fintech space.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex B2B sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in fintech, data platforms, APIs, risk/credit (KYC, KYB, IDV), or adjacent regulated data domains.
- • Proven track record of successfully closing deals ranging from $250K to $750K ARR and contributing to $1M+ ARR wins, ideally with brand-name or at-scale customers.
- • A credible industry Rolodex and established presence within at least one of the following priority verticals: Debt Consolidation, Card Issuing Consumer Banking (e.g., sponsor banks), Lead Trigger Marketing, or PropTech. Familiarity with the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) domain is a plus.
- • Comfort and proficiency in discussing APIs, data schemas (e.g., JSON), and integration workflows at a functional level, enabling you to lead technical discovery discussions prior to Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Sales Engineer (SE) involvement.
- • Exceptional executive communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to engage effectively in various settings, ask incisive questions, and co-engineer solutions with senior buyers.
- • A genuine hunter mentality, demonstrated through proven outbound prospecting strategies and a proactive approach to generating net-new pipeline, especially within an environment that may also receive inbound leads.
- • Startup/scale-up DNA, characterized by a high degree of ownership, a strong bias for action, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- • Willingness to travel approximately 25-35% for conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive compensation package including base salary and commission structure.
- • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- • 401(k) savings plan with a company match to support your long-term financial goals.
- • Unlimited Paid Leave Policy, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
- • Opportunity for significant career growth and professional development within a rapidly expanding company.
