- • As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the complete sales life cycle for Fortune 1000–caliber accounts, from initial pipeline creation through to the final signed contract. - • Your primary responsibility will be Pipeline Leadership. This involves proactively identifying, qualifying, and progressing sales opportunities among enterprise prospects. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of their business challenges and align our innovative software solutions to meet their needs, ensuring a robust and healthy sales pipeline.
- • A crucial aspect of this role is Consultative Discovery. You will conduct in-depth needs analysis with potential clients, delivering tailored product demonstrations that highlight key value propositions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, ROI-focused business cases that clearly articulate the financial benefits and strategic advantages of our software.
- • Deal Structuring and negotiation will be a core function. You will expertly negotiate and close multi-year, multi-seat contracts, working closely with internal legal and procurement teams to ensure favorable terms and smooth execution. This requires a keen understanding of enterprise sales agreements and the ability to manage complex negotiations.
- • Maintaining Forecast Integrity is paramount. You will be responsible for maintaining precise and up-to-date pipeline data within Salesforce and HubSpot. Regular weekly reporting to executive leadership on sales forecasts and pipeline status is expected, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- • Cross-Functional Collaboration is essential for success. You will partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams. This collaboration will help refine our go-to-market messaging, gather valuable market feedback, and influence the product roadmap to better serve our enterprise clients.
- • Performance Analysis using tools like Gong.io will be a key part of your role. You will leverage these insights to continuously fine-tune your sales tactics, identify areas for improvement, and share best practices across the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and optimization.
- • As an early commercial hire, you will actively contribute to Process Development. This includes helping to build out sales playbooks, develop effective collateral, and refine our market positioning. Your insights and experience will be invaluable in shaping the future of our sales operations.
- • This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth and establishing Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. as a leader in enterprise advertising budget optimization software.
