- • In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in developing and closing new business opportunities within our New Business sales team. Your primary focus will be on identifying, qualifying, and closing high-impact opportunities with a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving significant new and upselling revenue.
- • You will own the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and final closing. This requires a strategic and consultative selling approach, where you deeply understand customer needs and business drivers to effectively position Twilio’s powerful platform and APIs as transformative solutions that address their unique challenges.
- • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders is paramount. You will engage with a diverse range of contacts, including C-level executives, technical leaders, and business decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- • Collaboration is key at Twilio. You will work closely with internal teams, including Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and other technical experts. This cross-functional partnership is essential for understanding client requirements in depth and designing and delivering value-added, customized solutions that drive tangible business value and ROI.
- • Strategic planning and execution are critical for success. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive account plans and territory strategies. Accurate sales forecasting will be essential to ensure you consistently achieve and exceed your revenue targets, contributing directly to Twilio's growth.
- • Navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and diverse buying centers is an inherent part of this role. Your ability to influence and manage these intricate dynamics will be crucial for securing new business.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, cloud communications, or Mid and Enterprise software industries.
- • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving multi-million dollar deals.
- • Experience selling complex solutions to technical and business stakeholders at the enterprise level.
- • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to develop tailored value propositions for strategic accounts.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- • Fluency in English.
