You will be the architect of growth, strategically reaching out to prospective organizations through a multi-faceted approach that includes targeted outreach, impactful virtual and in-person meetings, active participation in industry events, and leveraging a relationship-based selling methodology. Your mission is to build and nurture robust, consultative relationships with emerging companies, positioning them for success with Align's comprehensive solutions.

Your ability to articulate value, understand client needs, and foster trust will be paramount in setting the stage for long-term partnerships and driving significant new enterprise revenue. You are expected to demonstrate stellar performance, consistently applying best practices to cultivate trusted advisor relationships and effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Align's offerings.

This involves a deep understanding of the startup landscape and the specific challenges these companies face.
  • You will lead the full sales cycle with a consultative approach, encompassing prospecting, in-depth discovery calls, crafting compelling proposals, skillful negotiation, and ultimately, closing new business. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, revenue operations, and service delivery, to ensure alignment on client needs and to facilitate a smooth, integrated sales process from start to finish.
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting and diligent pipeline management is crucial. You will leverage Salesforce and other sales tools to provide clear visibility into your sales activities and projected outcomes. Furthermore, you will act as a brand ambassador for Align, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand awareness and forge valuable connections.
  • Success in this role hinges on your ability to understand the unique needs of startups and how Align's services can address their evolving compliance and security requirements. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding them through complex decisions and demonstrating the tangible benefits of partnering with a leading cybersecurity compliance provider. Your proactive engagement and strategic thinking will be vital in navigating the competitive startup market and securing high-value accounts.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company, working with innovative startups and contributing to their journey towards robust cybersecurity and compliance. You will be empowered to drive your own success while being part of a supportive and high-performing sales team.
