- • As a pivotal member of the SS&C Intralinks sales organization, you will be instrumental in cultivating and strengthening our value proposition within the dynamic investment banking community.
- • This role is designed for a high-achiever in a fast-paced environment, managing a significant volume of transactional business and identifying strategic growth opportunities within both new and existing accounts.
- • You will be at the forefront of facilitating major financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, and corporate restructurings, by providing SS&C Intralinks as the premier cloud content management solution.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to identify and establish robust relationships with investment bankers through proactive prospecting and by leveraging marketing-generated leads, while also expanding your network within current client organizations.
- • You will masterfully employ Solution Selling techniques to guide the sales process from initial contact to successful closure, demonstrating expertise in negotiation and efficiently managing the contract and approval processes for new deals.
- • A key aspect of this role involves developing comprehensive sales strategies and detailed account plans. This will require leveraging data analytics to gain deeper market insights, effectively prioritize and segment accounts, and pinpoint optimal go-to-market approaches.
- • You are expected to proactively research and stay abreast of M&A and customer industry trends. This knowledge will be crucial for providing valuable, data-driven insights to clients, directly supporting their deal-making processes and helping them achieve their overarching business objectives.
- • You will articulate and deliver the unique SS&C Intralinks value proposition to a diverse range of clients through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and virtual presentations.
- • Employing value-based conversations will be essential to understanding client needs and crafting highly differentiated solutions tailored to specific audiences and their unique challenges.
- • A critical function of this role is to build and meticulously maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecast. This will be achieved through consistent outbound sales activities, conducting high-quality discovery calls and meetings, providing ongoing training on new platform capabilities, delivering exceptional customer service, and proactively identifying and resolving client business pains with our solutions.
- • You will lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional value and seamless experiences for our customers. This includes close partnerships with Customer Success, Customer Support, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, and Sales Operations departments.
- • You will be accountable for meeting or exceeding established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which may include metrics such as the number of calls made, meetings conducted, and other critical sales activities.
- • A core part of your role will be to identify client needs and gather pertinent information to thoroughly understand their issues and challenges. This involves collecting comprehensive account history from all relevant SS&C Intralinks departments and publicly available sources to build a complete picture of the client landscape.
