  • • Own the entire sales cycle for Momentive Software’s Enterprise AMS segment—from first touch to signed contract—ensuring every prospect experiences a seamless, consultative journey and a friction-free hand-off to Professional Services.
  • • Drive new-logo acquisition and expansion revenue by executing disciplined outbound prospecting, converting high-intent marketing leads, and leveraging your network within the association and nonprofit ecosystem to create a predictable, healthy pipeline.
  • • Run discovery sessions that uncover strategic pain points, quantify business impact, and map stakeholders, enabling you to craft tailored solution visions that resonate with C-suite buyers and large, complex organizations.
  • • Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling, product-led demonstrations and ROI-driven presentations that clearly differentiate Momentive’s cloud platform against legacy AMS and point solutions.
  • • Develop and continuously refine a data-backed territory plan that aligns with corporate OKRs, balances short-term wins with multi-year enterprise deals, and delivers accurate forecasting to leadership on a weekly and quarterly cadence.
  • • Negotiate and structure multi-year subscription agreements that maximize ARR while protecting gross-margin targets; prepare detailed proposals, MSAs, SOWs, and security documentation that accelerate legal review and procurement cycles.
  • • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in Salesforce—logging activities, updating opportunity stages, and attaching mutual action plans—so that revenue operations can deliver real-time dashboards and predictive insights to the executive team.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand-gen, product marketing, customer success, and services to relay market feedback, refine Ideal Customer Profiles, and co-create vertical-specific messaging that shortens sales cycles.
  • • Represent Momentive at national and regional association conferences, user groups, and trade shows; deliver thought-leadership sessions that position the company as the innovation leader in association management technology.
  • • Build executive-level relationships that extend well beyond the initial sale, acting as a trusted advisor who ensures renewals, expansions, and enthusiastic references that fuel our land-and-expand motion.
  • • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive moves—translating insights into battle cards, objection-handling guides, and win-loss analyses that elevate the entire sales organization.
  • • Travel up to 40% (primarily domestic) to conduct on-site executive workshops, closing meetings, and customer QBRs, while thriving in a fully remote, asynchronous culture between trips.
  • • Champion Momentive’s purpose-driven mission internally and externally, embodying our “never settle for good enough” ethos and inspiring prospects to expect more from their technology partner.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment selling complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern sales-engagement tools such as Salesloft, Gong, or Outreach.
  • • Proven ability to manage 6–18-month enterprise sales cycles while maintaining a 3–4x pipeline coverage ratio.
  • • Exceptional executive presence, storytelling, and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to boards and senior IT/finance leaders.
  • • Nice-to-have: prior success selling into associations, nonprofits, or membership-based organizations.
