📋 Description
- • As Associate Director of Product Marketing at PPRO Financial Ltd, you will lead the strategic development and execution of product marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and growth of PPRO’s global payment solutions. You will partner closely with product, sales, and regional teams to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new and existing products across key markets including Europe, APAC, and LATAM. Your role will involve translating complex payment technologies into compelling customer-centric narratives that resonate with merchants, fintechs, and enterprise clients. You will oversee the creation of high-impact marketing campaigns, content, and sales enablement tools that support partner acquisition and revenue growth. This role is critical to amplifying PPRO’s mission of simplifying access to local payment methods and enabling global commerce through preferred payment experiences.
- • You will lead the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle—from market research and customer insights to campaign execution and performance analysis—ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards. You will develop and manage product launch plans, including timing, sequencing, and cross-functional coordination for releases across digital and traditional channels. You will craft differentiated value propositions and messaging frameworks that highlight PPRO’s unique advantages in local payment processing, settlement speed, and global reach. You will work with regional marketing leads to adapt global strategies to local market nuances, regulatory environments, and customer behaviors. You will measure and report on campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, partner engagement, and revenue influence, optimizing tactics based on data-driven insights.
- • You will collaborate with the product team to inform roadmap decisions with market feedback and competitive analysis, ensuring marketing efforts support product adoption and lifecycle management. You will partner with sales to design effective sales enablement materials, including playbooks, battle cards, and demo scripts that equip teams to communicate value and handle objections. You will work with customer success and support teams to gather feedback from partners and clients, using insights to refine messaging and improve experience. You will liaise with finance, legal, and compliance to ensure all marketing activities meet regulatory and data protection standards, particularly around financial promotions and partner communications.
- • You will build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer obsession. You will promote #chooseaction, #beopen, #thinkcustomer, #gofurther, and #wintogether as core behavioral principles guiding team conduct and decision-making. You will stay at the forefront of fintech and payment trends, including open banking, real-time payments, and digital wallets, to ensure PPRO’s offerings remain relevant and competitive. You will represent PPRO at industry events, webinars, and partner forums, amplifying brand visibility and thought leadership in the global payments ecosystem.
