- • As the Founding Head of Conversion at Viktor, you will own the entire conversion journey from paid click to signup, directly impacting the company’s revenue by optimizing landing pages, funnels, and site architecture at scale.
- • You will ship new landing pages weekly, run rigorous CRO experiments (4–8 live tests at once, 2–3 per week shipping by day 60), and own the signup funnel end-to-end until handoff to the Growth PM.
- • You will work closely with the CMO and co-founders in a high-trust, low-process environment where decisions are made by owners, not committees, and you’ll ship code and design solo using React, Tailwind, and modern AI-native tools.
- • You will build the conversion playbook from scratch, migrate and rebrand landing pages without hurting performance, and establish a repeatable system for vertical-specific landing pages that launch before paid spend turns on.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–7 years of experience as a principal IC web lead, growth engineer, or founding CRO at a PLG B2B SaaS or consumer fintech company with $500K+ monthly paid spend.
- • Proven ability to ship code and design solo using React and Tailwind, with proficiency in one of Next.js, Astro, or Remix, and one no-code tool (Framer or Webflow) at production quality.
- • Deep CRO rigor: experience with power calculations, hypothesis framing, and interpreting real test results to drive measurable conversion lift.
- • AI-native daily workflow: habitual use of tools like Claude Code, Cursor, V0, Lovable Bolt, Framer AI, Webflow AI, or Figma Make.
- • Founder mentality: comfort with ambiguity, bias toward action, and instinct to ship without waiting for permission or unblocking.
- • EU primary location preference (Warsaw, Paris, London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Stockholm, Istanbul) with NYC as secondary.
