- • As an SEO Strategist at Directive Consulting LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable revenue growth for B2B SaaS and enterprise clients by developing and executing data-informed SEO and content strategies aligned with the company’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology. This role is critical to transforming marketing efforts from lead generation to pipeline acceleration, directly impacting client NSMs (North Star Metrics), MRR retention, and expansion opportunities.
- • You will own end-to-end client strategy development and execution, serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment, timely delivery, and continuous optimization based on performance data, market insights, and evolving business goals.
- • Directive Consulting is a high-performing, remote-first B2B performance marketing agency known for its elite talent, innovative frameworks like Customer Generation, and commitment to delivering real revenue—not just leads—for ambitious brands in SaaS and B2B sectors.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional specialists, content creators, designers, and project managers within client pods, leveraging tools like Asana, Slack, Zoom, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics to execute and report on integrated campaigns.
- • This role offers significant professional growth through exposure to enterprise-level strategy, advanced SEO techniques, LTV:CAC modeling, Share of SERP analysis, and AI-driven marketing innovation, positioning you as a trusted advisor capable of influencing both client outcomes and internal best practices.
- • You will develop mastery in holistic marketing strategy by integrating SEO with CRO, RevOps, Paid Media, and Go-To-Market initiatives, learning how to scale client impact through upsells, cross-sells, and referrals while maintaining exceptional CSAT scores.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in implementing SEO principles and content strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret website traffic and SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- • Demonstrated experience in agency environments with B2B tech and/or SaaS client focus
- • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management abilities
- • Proficiency in project management using Asana, with strong organizational and time management skills
- • Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO, and emerging trends including AI and automation in marketing operations
