📋 Description
- • Lead and scale Stepful’s acquisition engine across D2C and B2B channels as Director of Performance Marketing, driving high-impact growth strategy in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.
- • Define and execute overarching growth strategy for direct-to-consumer training programs and B2B enterprise partnerships, managing multi-million dollar budgets and owning core growth metrics like CAC, LTV, and payback.
- • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of growth marketers, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation and professional development.
- • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and optimization across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, search, and emerging platforms, while building growth loops and optimizing full-funnel conversion from traffic to enrollment and retention.
- • Stay ahead of platform shifts and algorithm changes to maintain competitive edge, using deep analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and creative strategy.
- • Report directly to the VP of Growth Marketing in a hybrid role based in NYC, contributing to Stepful’s mission of expanding access to healthcare careers for underserved communities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of growth marketing experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership or people management role
- • Proven track record at a high-growth scaling startup overseeing both D2C and B2B initiatives
- • Deep hands-on expertise in scaling paid social and search, ideally managing budgets exceeding $2M+ per month
