📋 Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated commercial professional who can transform valuable relationships into business opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in direct sales to enterprise and/or SME clients, understanding that success in selling services lies not in price but in the ability to solve complex problems and generate real value for the client. At evoila, we are not looking for simple sellers. We seek individuals who can guide clients toward strategic solutions with a consultative approach and a solid understanding of business dynamics.
  • What you will do: Identify and develop business opportunities with medium and large-sized companies. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, working in synergy with technical teams. Build and maintain trusting relationships with key decision-makers, demonstrating reliability and listening skills. Translate customer needs into concrete IT solutions, emphasizing value and return on investment. Contribute to company growth through disciplined planning and a strategic approach to sales.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales of IT services or complex solutions (enterprise or SME)
  • Excellent networking abilities and professional presence to engage with high-level stakeholders
  • Discipline and reliability in managing sales activities and building a solid pipeline
  • Consultative attitude with strong problem analysis and customized solution proposal skills
  • Basic knowledge of major cloud technologies and software (a plus but not mandatory)
  • Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
