- • Join BLP Digital, a leading AI-powered ERP automation scaleup spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, where you’ll drive revenue growth by helping mid-market and enterprise organizations automate finance, procurement, logistics, and sales processes using cutting-edge agentic AI.
- • As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close—engaging senior decision-makers (CFOs, CIOs, CPOs, COOs) to design tailored AI solutions and position BLP’s platform as a strategic enabler of operational efficiency.
- • You’ll work within a high-performing, self-financed, AI-first team that values ownership, transparency, candour, and excellence, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver exceptional customer journeys.
- • This role offers rapid professional growth in a fast-scaling SaaS environment, where you’ll develop expertise in enterprise sales, ERP automation, and AI-driven business transformation while building trust-based relationships with global clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in German and English (essential)
- • Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- • Consultative, analytical approach to problem-solving with ownership mindset
- • Experience in sales, finance, ERP, or SaaS (preferred but not required)
- • Track record of building and closing pipelines with disciplined forecasting and follow-through
- • Ability to deliver compelling demos and translate business challenges into clear value propositions
