- • As a Partnerships Intern at Relayfi Inc., you will help build and scale an AI-native partnerships function that drives growth by collaborating with trusted software companies to amplify Relay’s mission of empowering small business owners with financial clarity and control.
- • Day to day, you will build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and workflows for reporting, partner outreach, content creation, and performance analytics; ship production reporting in Metabase; identify data anomalies; draft partner-facing materials using AI; participate in partner calls and strategy sessions; and document all work for knowledge transfer.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Relay, a digital banking platform transforming how self-made business owners manage money, where partnerships are a defining channel for growth and innovation through AI-agent automation.
- • This role offers the opportunity to learn how to design and implement AI-powered go-to-market systems, gain hands-on experience in partnerships strategy and operations, and develop skills in data analysis, AI workflow engineering, and cross-functional collaboration at the forefront of fintech innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • AI-native mindset with hands-on experience building AI agents, workflows, or automation using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs
- • Comfortable working with data, including reasoning about funnels, conversion rates, and unit economics
- • Proactive and self-sufficient: able to take vague problems, ask clarifying questions, and deliver working solutions independently
- • Currently enrolled in a CS, engineering, math, business, or related field (bonus)
- • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker), Google Sheets, or LLM APIs/agent frameworks (bonus)
- • Experience shipping a project used by others, such as a side hustle, hackathon win, or internal tool (bonus)
