  • • As a Senior Manager- Pre sales at Astreya Partners, Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy by transforming complex technical solutions into compelling business narratives that win new clients and drive revenue growth.
  • • Day to day, you will partner with senior practice solutions architects to develop winning RFP/RFI responses and proactive pitch decks, build financial models like TCO and ROI calculators to demonstrate value, orchestrate cross-functional solutions across Digital Workplace, Enterprise AI, and Cloud Security, provide market intelligence through competitive battle cards, and support client engagements by shadowing and eventually leading solution presentations.
  • • You will join a dynamic, remote-first team at Astreya Partners, Inc., a growing provider of managed IT services focused on innovation in enterprise AI, cloud security, and digital workplace solutions, where collaboration between sales, delivery, and technical teams is central to success.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in solution selling, financial modeling for IT services, competitive positioning in managed services and AI markets, and executive-level communication — positioning yourself for advancement into strategic sales leadership or consulting roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Recent MBA from a reputable institution with concentration in IT Strategy, Operations, Finance, or Marketing
  • • 0 to 3 years of professional experience; prior internships or roles in IT consulting, tech sales, presales, or business analysis highly preferred
  • • Solid foundational understanding of modern IT concepts (cloud infrastructure, AI automation, enterprise service desks) and ability to articulate their business impact
  • • Proven ability to connect technology investments to tangible business outcomes such as revenue growth, cost reduction, or risk mitigation
  • • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills with high proficiency in building logical, persuasive presentation decks
  • • Highly organized, relentless learner who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes, and ambiguous environments
