- • As an Account Executive at Human Interest, you will drive full-cycle sales to help small and medium-sized businesses offer retirement plans, directly contributing to closing the retirement gap for working Americans.
- • You will research and target prospects, manage a sales pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and document all activities in Salesforce while leveraging sales technology tools.
- • Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company backed by top investors including BlackRock, TPG, and SoftBank, on a mission to make retirement savings accessible and affordable for all workers through innovative 401(k) solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in fintech sales, master high-velocity sales cycles, and grow your career by solving meaningful problems that have a tangible impact on employees’ financial futures.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup
- • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quota
- • Experience working with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses
- • Comfortable using Salesforce or other CRMs
- • Located in Mountain or Pacific time zone
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
