- • Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Fortune 1000 clients, managing all stages from initial prospecting to closing multi-year, multi-seat contracts
- • Conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and craft customized ROI cases to demonstrate value for clients with annual ad budgets exceeding $1M
- • Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to navigate complex enterprise contract negotiations and ensure timely deal closure
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts in Salesforce and HubSpot, providing weekly briefings to CEO and leadership team
- • Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, refine value propositions, and influence product roadmap based on client feedback
- • Analyze Gong call recordings and sales data to identify patterns, improve win rates, and optimize sales techniques
- • Develop and refine early-stage sales playbooks, collateral, and messaging frameworks to scale the go-to-market strategy
- • Operate in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environment with high autonomy and accountability for revenue targets
- • Work remotely as part of a venture-backed, high-growth tech firm with headquarters in NYC, serving global enterprise clients

- • Contribute to the foundational growth of the company’s first dedicated sales team, shaping processes and culture from the ground up
- • Utilize advanced features of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong to track pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team performance
- • Drive pipeline growth through strategic outreach, targeted account planning, and consistent follow-up in a competitive SaaS market
- • Translate complex product capabilities into clear business outcomes for enterprise buyers with large, complex ad spend environments
- • Adapt quickly to evolving product features, market conditions, and client needs in a high-growth startup environment
- • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, ensuring brand integrity and trust at every touchpoint
- • Identify and prioritize high-value accounts based on budget, intent signals, and strategic fit with the company’s enterprise offering
- • Document all customer interactions, objections, and outcomes in CRM systems to enable knowledge sharing and team scalability
- • Act as a key voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product and marketing teams to improve product-market fit
- • Operate with a results-driven mindset, focused on consistent quota attainment and long-term client retention
- • Contribute to the development of sales training materials and onboarding processes for future hires

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience in high-growth, venture-funded firms
- • Proven track record of closing $100K+ ARR deals involving multiple stakeholders
- • End-to-end sales expertise from prospecting to C-level negotiation
- • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong
- • Domain knowledge in ad-tech, performance analytics, or media-data
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Availability during US Eastern Time hours
