  • • As a Government Account Executive at Avesis Incorporated, you will be instrumental in cultivating and sustaining robust business relationships with both existing and prospective health plan clients. This pivotal role operates within our Account Management team, collaborating closely with Strategic Client Partners to achieve critical organizational objectives. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing tailored strategies designed to maintain and expand our client-specific business, ensuring continued growth and satisfaction.
  • • You will serve as the primary liaison for your assigned health plan accounts, managing day-to-day interactions and ensuring seamless communication. This involves leading meetings, engaging relevant internal departments for support, and acting as the central point of contact for all client needs and inquiries.
  • • A key responsibility is delivering exceptional customer service by meticulously managing established deliverables and adeptly handling ad hoc client requests. Your ability to anticipate needs and respond promptly will be crucial in fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
  • • You will collaborate extensively with internal subject matter experts and the Marketing department to conceptualize and develop compelling client presentations. These presentations will showcase our value proposition, program updates, and strategic initiatives, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • • Regular client meetings throughout the year are essential for providing comprehensive program updates, discussing performance metrics, and staying abreast of evolving market dynamics. This proactive engagement ensures our strategies remain relevant and effective.
  • • You will coordinate with various internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans aimed at improving quality scores (e.g., HEDIS, Stars) or adjusting program costs as necessary. This requires a deep understanding of healthcare program performance and financial analysis.
  • • Leading internal account meetings is a core function, ensuring that all team members are aligned and that deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard. You will oversee the entire process from planning to execution.
  • • A thorough review of client contracts is necessary to ensure strict compliance with all terms and delegated functions. This includes understanding the intricacies of managed care contracts and regulatory requirements.
  • • You will be responsible for analyzing monthly program financials, identifying key trends, and presenting actionable strategies to management. This analytical component is vital for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • • Managing amendments and addendums to existing contracts requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of contractual obligations.
  • • Partnering with the Implementation department is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of new business, benefit changes, or product expansions. Your role will facilitate a seamless transition and integration for clients.
  • • Maintaining regular, proactive communication with clients is paramount to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will be the champion for our clients within Avesis.
  • • Providing regular, concise updates to the Strategic Client Partner on all account activity ensures alignment and facilitates strategic oversight.
  • • Identifying and sharing meaningful insights derived from key accounts and market trends will contribute to the broader strategic direction of the company.
  • • Developing comprehensive annual strategic plans for each client, and adapting them as necessary throughout the year, demonstrates a forward-thinking and agile approach to account management.
  • • Collaborating with the Business Development team on cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios will drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships.
  • • You will be expected to take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed or assigned, showcasing your flexibility and commitment to the team's success.

  • • This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA, provided you maintain reliable internet service that meets specified speed requirements (50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload while hardwired and not on a VPN).
