- • Serve as a Senior Account Executive responsible for managing the full sales cycle for enterprise SaaS clients, from initial prospecting through contract execution, with direct reporting to the CEO.
- • Generate, qualify, and advance pipeline opportunities targeting Fortune 1000 and similarly sized enterprises with advertising budgets exceeding $1M annually.
- • Conduct discovery meetings and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with client objectives in advertising technology, performance analytics, or data-driven media investment platforms.
- • Structure, negotiate, and close multi-year, multi-seat contracts valued at $100K ARR or higher, coordinating closely with legal and procurement teams to ensure timely execution.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline integrity within Salesforce and HubSpot, providing weekly performance reports to executive leadership.
- • Analyze call recordings and deal metrics via Gong.io to identify performance trends, refine sales techniques, and enhance team-wide effectiveness.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to refine messaging, improve product-market fit, and influence the product roadmap based on client feedback.
- • Contribute as a founding member of the commercial team by helping to develop and formalize sales processes, collateral, playbooks, and market positioning strategies.
- • Operate in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment requiring agility, initiative, and ownership of outcomes in the absence of established processes.
- • Work core business hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone to ensure effective coordination with U.S.-based stakeholders, product teams, and customers.
- • Engage with technical and business decision-makers across marketing, analytics, and data-science functions to articulate the value proposition of enterprise software solutions.
- • Leverage domain expertise in advertising technology or data platforms to build credibility and drive complex sales conversations with enterprise clients.
- • Maintain a disciplined focus on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue targets while adapting quickly to evolving market conditions and product updates.
- • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a high-touch enterprise sales experience.
- • Participate in continuous improvement of sales enablement tools, CRM hygiene, and performance tracking systems to scale the commercial function.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum three years of quota-carrying experience selling enterprise SaaS within U.S. venture-funded, high-growth companies
- • Documented success closing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions valued at USD 100K ARR or higher
- • Demonstrated capability to manage full sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiation, and executive-level engagement
- • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.io
- • Domain knowledge of advertising technology, performance analytics, or data platforms supporting media-investment decisions
- • Availability to work core hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone
