- • As an Account Executive at Pulley Inc., you will own the full sales cycle and drive new business while expanding existing accounts, playing a critical role in helping architects, builders, and retailers accelerate commercial projects through AI-powered permitting intelligence.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include taking qualified leads from SDRs and your own outreach through discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close; executing strategic outreach with SDRs; communicating value to senior stakeholders; collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and permitting teams; sharing field insights to improve messaging and processes; and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets with strong forecast accuracy.
- • Pulley helps the country’s top architects, builders, and retailers speed up every project in their portfolio by eliminating costly delays in permitting across 19,000+ jurisdictions, providing clarity and predictability from planning to opening. The company supports rollout programs for brands like J.Crew, Solidcore, and Hibbett Sports, as well as major data center buildouts and EV charging networks, and is backed by CRV, Susa Ventures, Fifth Wall, and leaders from Plaid, Segment, ServiceTitan, and Procore.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in selling complex B2B solutions to enterprise clients, refine your strategic sales and negotiation skills, gain exposure to cutting-edge AI applications in commercial construction, and grow your impact by shaping product and go-to-market strategies through frontline customer insights.
