📋 Description

  • As an Account Executive at Finch Legal, you will own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract, directly shaping how the company scales its mission to make legal services more accessible through AI-powered infrastructure for law firms.
  • Day to day, you will convert a fast-growing pipeline into long-term partnerships with law firm leaders, build trusted relationships with managing partners and firm owners, and represent Finch at legal tech events while feeding deal insights into product, messaging, and process.
  • Finch Legal is a fast-growing, mission-driven startup backed by Sequoia and Redpoint, rebuilding access to justice by automating administrative work in personal injury law and empowering law firms with modern, client-first technology.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to help define the go-to-market motion for a new category, develop expertise in legal tech sales, and grow into a leadership position as the company scales nationwide.
