- • The founding team brings invaluable experience from Europe's fastest-growing fintech, Revolut, providing a strong foundation and a proven track record of scaling innovative solutions.
- • As one of the first sellers on our new AI ERP product, you will operate in a true 0 → 1 environment. This is not a conventional, scaled Account Executive role. Instead, you will play a pivotal part in launching and defining the entire go-to-market motion. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional sales, encompassing close collaboration with founders, product managers, and engineers to shape product messaging, identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and translate early market learnings into a repeatable and scalable sales process.

- • Your primary responsibility will be to own the complete sales cycle for LiveFlow’s AI ERP, from the initial engagement and discovery calls through to closing deals. This involves deeply understanding customer pain points, financial workflows, and business challenges to effectively position our solution.
- • You will be instrumental in defining key strategic elements of our go-to-market strategy, including refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), developing comprehensive buyer personas, crafting compelling positioning, and articulating our core messaging.
- • You will conduct early discovery calls, employing a consultative approach to gain a profound understanding of prospective clients' existing financial processes and identify areas where LiveFlow can deliver significant value.
- • This role involves active experimentation with pricing models, deal structures, and sales methodologies, targeting deals typically ranging from $30,000 to $60,000, to optimize our approach for early-stage customer acquisition.
- • You will work directly and continuously with the founders and the product team, providing crucial, real-time customer feedback to influence and shape the product roadmap, ensuring our development aligns with market needs.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to bring structure and clarity to a nascent sales process. This includes meticulously documenting learnings, identifying best practices, and contributing to the development of our early sales playbooks.
- • Your success will be measured by your ability to close early lighthouse customers, establishing credibility and building crucial momentum for the broader product launch.
- • We are looking for individuals who possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive selling B2B SaaS products. Prior experience within an early-stage startup environment or in a highly unstructured, ambiguous setting is highly valued, as is a demonstrated comfort level selling a product that is in a state of continuous evolution.
- • The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is comfortable taking action without having all the answers, and possesses a strong growth mindset characterized by deep curiosity and an aptitude for asking insightful questions.
- • We seek individuals who exhibit a strong sense of ownership, a bias for action, and a commitment to learning through doing. You should be excited by the prospect of actively shaping how a product is sold, rather than simply executing an established playbook.
- • While not strictly required, experience selling into finance, accounting, or operations teams, familiarity with ERP systems like QuickBooks or NetSuite, previous experience as a founding AE or in a 0 → 1 sales capacity, and comfort working collaboratively with product and engineering teams would be considered significant advantages.
