  • • As an Account Executive at Ryans Goh Holdings Sdn. Bhd., you will be at the forefront of client engagement, specializing in the creation and management of Premium Finance Quotes. This client-facing, service-driven role is pivotal in shaping the overall client experience and fostering enduring relationships with independent insurance agents and RSG markets.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve meticulously reviewing insurance policy documents, including binders, quotes, and invoices, to accurately generate Premium Finance Quotes for insured parties. This requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of insurance documentation.
  • • You will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong partnerships with our network of independent insurance agents and RSG markets. This is achieved through the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service, coupled with a robust technical expertise in premium finance and relevant administrative services.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to provide competitive quote options, demonstrating your ability to understand market dynamics and client needs to offer the most advantageous solutions.
  • • Beyond individual contributions, you will play a vital role in the development of the team by mentoring Quote Account Executives. This involves sharing your knowledge, expertise, and insights to further the professional growth of your colleagues and enhance the overall capabilities of the department.
  • • The position operates within a near paperless environment, where underwriting, quoting, and approval activities are conducted electronically. Proficiency in digital workflows and a commitment to efficient, technology-driven processes are essential.
  • • You will proactively follow up on outstanding quotes, analyze lost quotes to identify areas for improvement, and manage upcoming renewals to ensure continuity of service and client retention.
  • • A critical function is to recognize new business opportunities, identify client pain points, and articulate competitive advantages. This proactive approach adds significant value to existing relationships and contributes directly to the growth of our customer base.
  • • You will be expected to ask pertinent questions to gather market intelligence, providing valuable insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance our competitive positioning.
  • • Performance will be measured against company standards for accuracy, service quality, and turnaround time, ensuring that all client interactions and deliverables meet the highest benchmarks.
  • • Continuous learning and development are crucial. You will build and maintain an individual knowledge base of premium finance regulations and specific policy provisions. This ensures a comprehensive understanding of collateral positions and other risk factors, enabling informed decision-making.
  • • You will manage a diverse range of inquiries from insureds, agents, and other markets, providing timely and effective assistance to handle their requests and resolve any issues.
  • • Effective communication with the Sales Team and Management is paramount. You will collaborate closely to ensure client needs are consistently met and, where possible, exceeded, fostering a unified approach to client satisfaction.
  • • A commitment to integrity and risk mitigation is expected. You will actively participate in the company’s efforts to detect and prevent fraud, thereby helping to mitigate potential losses.
  • • To support a cohesive and efficient operation, you will assist other departments and processes as needed throughout the company, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.
