  • • We are seeking a high-performance Account Executive to join our rapidly growing organization, especially following recent funding. This role is crucial for driving new business and expanding our market reach. Reporting to Josh Pickering, VP of Sales, you will be instrumental in managing the entire sales process from end-to-end. This includes proactive prospecting, cultivating strong client relationships, meticulous qualification of leads, delivering compelling pitch presentations and product demonstrations via web platforms, crafting persuasive proposals, and expertly negotiating and closing business deals.
  • • As an Account Executive at Adthena, you will immerse yourself in our world-class Adthena Sales playbook, benefiting from industry-leading sales training and a genuine development culture. You will master the MEDDPICC framework to effectively drive and grow your sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on driving new business within your assigned vertical(s), engaging with C-level to C-2 business leaders. You will develop a deep understanding of the challenges prospective customers face concerning new customer acquisition, digital advertising strategies, and budget efficiency, learning to position the Adthena solution as the definitive answer.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve collaborating with internal champions to build and deliver robust ROI assessments for your accounts, thereby proving the tangible value of the Adthena solution and securing strategic deals. You will consistently build and nurture external technical and business champions to successfully land new logos, with an annual quota target of $800k ARR. Furthermore, you are expected to develop 10% of your sales pipeline independently, with the remaining pipeline generated through the efforts of our dedicated BDR and Marketing teams. The ability to manage numerous transactions simultaneously through the sales funnel, with a typical sales cycle of under 100 days, is essential.
  • • You will be responsible for executing your own contracts and commercial negotiations with prospects, aiming for a strong win rate of 30%.
