📋 Description

  • Pearly is seeking a driven and high-integrity Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a company with a validated product-market fit and significantly contribute to scaling an already successful sales motion. With over 2,500 dental offices already utilizing the Pearly platform, we have a proven solution that addresses a clear market need. You will be instrumental in expanding our reach within a market ripe for modernization, working collaboratively with a supportive team that provides the foundation and insights needed for success.
  • As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, from initial outbound prospecting to closing deals. This involves identifying and engaging potential clients across various practice types, including Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), dental groups, and private practices. Your ability to connect with diverse stakeholders, from solo practitioners to DSO operations executives, will be crucial.
  • You will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline. This includes developing strategic outbound prospecting efforts through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, attending industry conferences, and employing creative targeting strategies. You will also partner closely with the Marketing team to execute campaigns, test messaging, and implement coordinated outbound sequences, leveraging market insights to refine our go-to-market approach.
  • A key aspect of this role is running structured pilots (proofs of concept) with clearly defined success criteria. You will guide prospects through the evaluation process, ensuring they understand the value and impact of Pearly, and ultimately leading them to a signed agreement.
  • You will maintain meticulous and accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within HubSpot. Regular reporting on performance metrics at weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals will be expected, demonstrating clarity, accountability, and a proactive approach to pipeline management and health.
  • Bringing back valuable market and customer intelligence is essential. You will act as a crucial feedback loop, relaying insights on product performance, competitive positioning, common objections, and compelling customer stories to the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This intelligence will directly inform and improve our product development, marketing strategies, and customer retention efforts.

In your first 12 months, you can expect to have successfully closed deals across multiple practice segments, cultivated a strong and sustainable pipeline, and established yourself as a vital contributor to Pearly's accelerated growth trajectory.   • Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently hit quota, build and manage a healthy pipeline, and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the sales team and Pearly Inc.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or payments sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and building pipeline from outbound prospecting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, full-cycle sales processes from initial contact through closing, including conducting product demonstrations, managing pilot programs, navigating multiple stakeholders, and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong outbound sales instincts and a proactive approach to pipeline generation, including comfort with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and creative account targeting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging effectively to various audiences, from practice owners to DSO executives, and adapt approaches based on prospect engagement.
  • High level of accountability and autonomy, with a self-starter mentality, proactive pipeline management, and a strong ownership of sales targets.
  • Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented mindset, with a desire to excel, a willingness to receive feedback, and a commitment to continuous self-reflection and improvement.
