  • • Drive the full sales cycle from first touch through signed contract for Envoy Global’s immigration technology and services platform. You will own a named territory of mid-market and enterprise employers (250–10,000 employees) who are modernizing how they sponsor foreign talent.
  • • Become the subject-matter expert on U.S. employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, TN, etc.) and Envoy’s SaaS-plus-service model so you can translate complex regulations into clear ROI for HR, Legal and Mobility leaders.
  • • Prospect into green-field accounts using a multi-channel approach—phone, email, LinkedIn, video and industry events—while orchestrating warm introductions from our partner ecosystem of relocation firms, benefits brokers and law alliances.
  • • Run discovery calls that uncover pain points such as case-status chaos, attorney bottlenecks, employee anxiety and compliance risk; map these pains to quantifiable metrics (days-to-file, RFE rate, attrition, legal spend) that your Champion can take to the CFO.
  • • Build and deliver tailored demonstrations of Envoy’s platform, showing how real-time dashboards, mobile case tracking, e-signature workflows and dedicated legal teams cut cycle times by 30–50 % and improve employee Net Promoter Score by 40+ points.
  • • Negotiate commercial terms including subscription tiers, professional-service packages and multi-year commitments; partner with Legal and Finance to navigate security reviews, MSA redlines and procurement cycles that can range from 30 days to 9 months.
  • • Maintain an accurate forecast in Salesforce, logging every activity and next step; achieve 3Ă— pipeline coverage and >90 % stage-weight accuracy so leadership can predict revenue within 5 % each quarter.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success and Product to ensure smooth hand-offs, rapid time-to-value and continuous product feedback that shapes our roadmap (e.g., new country modules, AI-driven document review).
  • • Travel 10–20 % for QBRs, trade shows (SHRM, PERM, Worldwide ERC) and on-site executive presentations; leverage these touchpoints to deepen relationships and identify expansion opportunities inside existing accounts.
  • • Mentor junior SDRs and AEs by sharing call recordings, objection-handling tactics and territory-planning templates; contribute to a culture of radical transparency where wins and losses are dissected for collective learning.
  • • Exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets while maintaining Envoy’s core values: Be Human, Own the Outcome, Embrace the Journey and Win Together.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience to HR, Legal or Mobility buyers, with consistent attainment of $750K+ ARR annually
  • • Demonstrated fluency in U.S. employment-based immigration concepts or willingness to complete Envoy’s 30-day immigration bootcamp
  • • Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–18 months) involving Legal, HR, Procurement and C-suite
  • • Experience with MEDDPICC or similar value-selling methodology and Salesforce hygiene
  • • Nice-to-have: existing network of CHROs, General Counsel or Mobility leaders in 250–10,000-employee companies
