- • This Account Executive role at NICE Ltd. focuses on driving net-new business, pipeline growth, and revenue within 911 Emergency Communications Centers and broader Public Safety agencies across a seven-state Western US territory, playing a critical role in advancing public safety technology solutions.
- • Day to day, the person will build and execute strategic territory plans, conduct outbound prospecting, manage full sales cycles from discovery to close, deliver weekly reporting, develop relationships with 911 directors and stakeholders, engage user groups to understand workflows, act as a solution expert, collaborate with presales and product teams, support RFP responses, co-sell with channel partners, and work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and professional services.
