- • As a Territory Account Executive at Block, Inc. (Square), you will serve as the company’s presence and competitive advantage in a high-opportunity market, driving economic empowerment by bringing Square’s full product suite to local businesses that need it most.
- • You will spend ~80% of your week in the field conducting 50–60 targeted business visits weekly, running full-cycle sales motions from lead generation to close, and building trust-based relationships with local sellers through consistent, value-driven engagement.
- • You will join a high-performance, execution-focused field sales team at Square, where discipline, strategic thinking, and relentless execution are rewarded in a culture of high accountability and continuous improvement.
- • You will develop deep vertical expertise in restaurants, retail, and services, master consultative selling, build a repeatable top-of-funnel engine through door-to-door outreach and partnerships, and consistently exceed quota while growing your professional impact in a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role with field sales experience
- • Experience exceeding sales targets, selling a diverse ecosystem of products, and closing complex deals
- • Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- • Business development experience (e.g., hunting and cold calling)
- • Reliable transportation and residency in the Orlando market being served
- • Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent
