- • As a Sales Development Representative - Team Lead at Ontic Technologies, you will serve as a player-coach driving pipeline generation while leading and developing a team of SDRs to elevate performance within the Sales Development organization.
- • Day to day, you will work directly with the SDR Director to report on team performance, lead coaching and development of SDRs, generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up, partner with Account Executives on account strategy, inspect performance via call reviews and pipeline analysis, and maintain accurate activity tracking and forecasting in Salesforce.
- • Ontic provides software that helps corporate and government security teams identify threats, assess risk, and respond faster to keep people and organizations safe, with its Connected Intelligence Platform unifying security operations and data for Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies.
- • In this role, you can develop leadership and coaching expertise, deepen your skills in account-based selling and pipeline forecasting, and position yourself for future growth into a Sales role within the company while contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on safety and threat intelligence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR with a proven track record of exceeding quota
- • Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading other SDRs
- • Exceptional communication skills with a strong phone presence and ability to coach messaging
- • Experience operating in a mix of Account-Based (ABM/ABE) and MQL environments
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and accurately forecasting pipeline
- • Proficient with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Outreach (preferred)
