- • As an Account Executive III, Primax at Velera, you will serve as the enterprise relationship manager for the company’s largest revenue-generating and strategically important financial institutions, acting as a trusted advisor to drive loyalty, revenue growth, and market share.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting onsite visits with credit union senior executives, delivering Strategic Business Reviews, preparing and negotiating contracts, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless product implementations and client satisfaction.
- • Velera is a leading payments credit union service organization (CUSO) and integrated fintech solutions provider serving over 4,000 financial institutions across North America, committed to innovation, inclusion, and a people-helping-people culture that prioritizes psychological safety, wellbeing, and belonging in a remote-first environment.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced strategic account management skills, deepen expertise in payments and financial services industries, influence executive decision-making, and contribute directly to Velera’s growth by building long-term partnerships and driving measurable portfolio performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • Minimum ten (10) years of marketing, business development, consulting, sales, or relationship management experience
- • Minimum ten (10) years of B2B/B2BC experience
- • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives at large financial institutions
- • Ability to interpret P&L statements, NCUA 5300 Call Reports, and monthly financial statements
- • Experience managing client relationships involving $3.5 million+ in annual revenue
