  • • Manage a National Account team for a specified region while executing and communicating business plans to drive new sales opportunities, increase sales and profitability, and drive contract negotiations.
  • • Lead a team of National Account Managers to drive profitable sales through National Accounts sales channels, develop strategic business plans, exceed sales goals, oversee contract negotiations and mediation, implement price management strategies, conduct marketing strategy sessions, conduct territory reviews, implement new strategies to enhance sales performance and profitability, identify growth opportunities, integrate sales pipeline processes, develop standardized operating procedures for communication and account setup, collaborate with internal departments to support National Account agreements, identify and communicate new sales opportunities, maintain relationships with largest customers and local sales teams, and develop and mentor National Account Managers.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • • 5+ years of experience managing National Account territory
  • • 3+ years of management experience
  • • Experience using Salesforce, Varicent and Microsoft Office Suite
  • • BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years of experience in a related field
  • • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report and willingness to operate a personal vehicle consistently more than 20% of the average work week
