📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive at Span Labs, you will help shape how high-performing engineering organizations adopt and leverage AI tools to improve effectiveness, directly contributing to the company’s mission of turning AI adoption into real engineering outcomes.
- • You will deeply understand and empathize with technical buyers, craft tailored pitches, manage complex sales cycles, conduct product demos and proofs-of-concept, and build compelling business cases to drive meaningful partnerships with up-market clients.
- • You will collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and Engineering team to align pre- and post-sales efforts, ensuring seamless customer experiences and providing regular analytics and forecasts to inform company strategy.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow as a strategic seller in a fast-paced, AI-native startup environment, where you can refine your sales methodology, influence go-to-market strategy, and develop expertise in selling advanced engineering intelligence platforms to technical leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably at a startup
- • Proven experience selling to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or similar technical leadership roles
- • Demonstrated history of closing deals in the $150k–$300k ARR range
