  • • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing and expansion, targeting mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS clients
  • • Build and manage pipeline from scratch using strategic, executive-level outreach to C-level decision makers in GTM, product, and technical leadership
  • • Lead high-velocity discovery and demo calls that directly tie 1mind’s AI-powered Superhumans to measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, pipeline acceleration, and reduced headcount
  • • Evangelize a new category of AI-led revenue growth by reframing buyer thinking and telling compelling stories that shift market perception
  • • Partner with GTM leadership to continuously evolve sales strategy, messaging, and go-to-market motion based on real-world customer feedback and market insights
  • • Act as a credible thought leader in the AI automation space, representing 1mind at industry events, customer meetings, and key sales engagements
  • • Operate with a founder’s mentality — proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems without prompting, and taking full ownership of outcomes
  • • Maintain exceptional executive presence by commanding rooms, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, and influencing C-suite buyers
  • • Consistently exceed quota through precision, speed, and strategic execution in a high-paced, outcome-driven environment
  • • Be process-obsessed: use data to drive decisions, maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, and optimize every stage of the sales funnel with efficiency and intent
  • • Demonstrate grit and coachability by embracing feedback as fuel, relentlessly iterating on performance, and staying curious about market evolution
  • • Travel up to 30% to meet customers in person, attend industry events, and participate in on-site sales activities critical to pipeline generation and relationship building
  • • Serve as a frontline ambassador for 1mind’s product, translating technical capabilities into business value for enterprise buyers
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, identify expansion opportunities, and improve product-market fit
  • • Contribute to building the foundational GTM playbook for a category-defining AI platform in its rapid growth phase
  • • Maintain a deep interest in AI, automation, and the future of work, staying informed on market trends and competitor movements
  • • Act with integrity and professionalism, ensuring all communications and interactions reflect the high standards of 1mind’s brand and mission

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–7 years of SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • • Experience selling into GTM, product, or technical leadership with a strong network of C-level decision makers in B2B SaaS
  • • Background in early-stage, high-growth environments where speed and ownership are critical
  • • Proven ability to build pipeline from zero through outbound sales efforts
  • • Deep interest in AI, automation, and the future of work
  • • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
