  • • As a Mid-Market Sales Executive, you will immerse yourself in the intricacies of Elliptic's cutting-edge products, developing a profound understanding of how our clients leverage our solutions to navigate the complex challenges of cryptocurrency transactions. Your expertise will be crucial in articulating Elliptic's unique value proposition, demonstrating how our platform effectively combats sophisticated crypto crimes in a scalable, efficient, and highly automated manner.
  • • You will be entrusted with managing the entire sales lifecycle. This includes proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging in strategic prospecting, delivering compelling product demonstrations, crafting persuasive proposals, skillfully negotiating terms, and ultimately closing deals to achieve and surpass ambitious revenue targets.
  • • Your primary focus will be on targeting Enterprise businesses within the burgeoning Crypto and Financial Services sectors. This encompasses a diverse range of clients, including regional banks, innovative payment firms, and established crypto-native companies. While you will be provided with a list of predefined accounts to cultivate, a significant aspect of your role will involve independently identifying and pursuing new, high-potential prospects that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • • This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to make a tangible impact, not only on Elliptic's trajectory but also on the broader cryptocurrency market.   • • Key responsibilities will include identifying and establishing relationships with prospective Enterprise accounts within your designated territory. You will be responsible for developing, owning, and implementing scalable sales strategies to effectively acquire new logos and expand our market presence.
  • • A core part of your role will involve showcasing Elliptic's product suite to prospects, adeptly demonstrating how our solutions address their specific pain points through tailored presentations and engaging product demonstrations. You will expertly guide commercial discussions, including the negotiation of contractual terms and the finalization of sales agreements.
  • • To foster strong client relationships and effectively represent Elliptic, you will be expected to attend customer meetings and industry events as required, which may involve travel. Proficiency in utilizing sales technologies such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant tools will be essential for managing your pipeline, forecasting accurately, and optimizing your sales efforts.
  • • A fundamental expectation of this role is to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to provide valuable feedback on market needs and insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of our go-to-market strategies and product development for sustainable and scalable growth.
  • • You will be empowered to develop and execute strategic account plans for key prospects, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and how Elliptic can serve as a critical partner in their success. This involves building strong rapport with key stakeholders, from operational teams to C-suite executives, to drive consensus and facilitate deal progression.
  • • By staying abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments within the digital asset space, you will position yourself as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, offering strategic insights that align with their compliance and risk management objectives.
  • • This role demands a proactive and results-oriented approach, where you will be expected to take ownership of your territory and pipeline, consistently driving opportunities through the sales funnel. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the audience, will be a key differentiator.
  • • Ultimately, you will contribute to Elliptic's reputation as the indispensable partner for organizations navigating the complexities and risks of the cryptocurrency economy, ensuring the integrity and security of global financial flows.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in B2B Crypto, FinTech Sales, or SaaS sales, specifically in an outbound, full-cycle sales role targeting Enterprise accounts.
  • • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, building robust sales pipelines, and successfully winning new business through solution selling to large Enterprise clients.
  • • Proven experience selling into the Americas market, with a strong understanding of regional business dynamics and regulatory landscapes.
  • • Extensive network of contacts within the Digital Asset space, with the ability to leverage these relationships for introductions and business development.
  • • Experience managing complex sales cycles (6-12 months) that typically involve RFI/RFPs and require engagement with C-suite executives.
