Account Executive

📋 Description

• • As the first dedicated SMB Account Executive in the UKI, you will own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the UK and Ireland SMB territory, managing a defined book of business while identifying, prospecting, and closing new customer opportunities across organizations with up to 250 employees.
• • Day to day, you will prospect and close new sales opportunities in your defined territory and target accounts, manage and close opportunities generated by yourself, SDRs, and channel partners, arrange and conduct product demonstrations, manage the sales process and opportunity closure, and perform ongoing account management to drive customer satisfaction and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• • You will work within a highly collaborative, performance-driven Mid Market and SMB sales team at Druva, a market leader in cloud-native data protection and cyber resilience, recognized as a Leader in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Backup and Data Protection Platforms and the 2025 IDC MarketScape for Cyber-Recovery.
• • In this role, you will build trusted relationships with IT and security leaders, master Druva’s sales playbooks and methodologies like MEDDIC and SFDC, leverage AI tools to enhance prospecting and proposals, and consistently deliver against revenue targets while developing expertise in SaaS-based data security solutions.
