  • • As Director, Channel Partnerships at Zapier, you will lead the channel partner strategy and team to drive enterprise and upmarket ARR through Solution Partners, experimental partnership motions, and hyperscaler initiatives like AWS Marketplace.
  • • You will own the end-to-end channel partnership function, including setting strategy and revenue targets, designing partner programs, building enablement frameworks, and connecting partner activity to measurable business outcomes through clear metrics and forecasting.
  • • You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Channel Partnerships team while serving as a player-coach on high-potential partner relationships to model standards and shape strategy.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product to embed channel motions into the enterprise go-to-market process and drive partner demand generation.
  • • You will expand Zapier’s channel footprint into international markets and hyperscaler programs, champion AI-first approaches in workflows and enablement, and ensure consistent customer experience through partner-delivered engagements.
  • • You will define and size the services opportunity by building business cases for partner-delivered services and enabling partners to build profitable services revenue around the Zapier platform.
  • • You will measure impact, assess market dynamics, track emerging trends and competitive moves, and invest in tools and processes that drive outsized impact.
  • • You will challenge the status quo, effect positive organizational change, and mentor teammates beyond formal reporting structures to strengthen Zapier’s culture and capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in channel partnerships, partner sales, or alliances, including leading teams from individual contributors to senior managers.
  • • Proven ability to own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets, design coverage and capacity models, and build accountability frameworks that connect partner activity to ARR.
  • • Experience designing tiering structures, benefit frameworks, co-sell/co-market motions, and enablement programs that attract, retain, and activate high-performing services partners.
  • • Strong financial acumen to model partner economics, build business cases, and translate partner activity into pipeline and ARR impact for executive audiences.
  • • Exceptional communicator and cross-functional operator who can synthesize complex opportunities into clear narratives and drive alignment across Sales, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Partner Operations, Partner Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product.
  • • Data-driven mindset with experience setting goals, measuring outcomes, adapting based on insights, and building reporting that provides leadership visibility into partner-sourced and partner-influenced business impact.
