📋 Description
- • Cover the Boise, ID territory including Twin Falls and Idaho Falls to promote Viatris respiratory products to healthcare providers.
- • Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with Viatris sales strategies and objectives.
- • Conduct high-quality, compliant sales presentations to physicians, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers.
- • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales goals while strictly adhering to ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements.
- • Apply targeting principles to identify, prioritize, and engage key prescribers in the assigned territory.
- • Create and implement pre-call planning strategies for top accounts to maximize sales effectiveness.
- • Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with peers, customers, and internal managers.
- • Maintain high levels of field productivity through consistent and strategic call frequency and follow-up.
- • Collect and analyze insights from pharmacists, offices, and other sources to inform tailored sales strategies for prescribers.
- • Utilize product samples, educational literature, and promotional materials to increase physician awareness and adoption of Viatris respiratory medications.
- • Differentiate Viatris products from competitors by clearly communicating clinical and commercial advantages.
- • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a confidential, professional, and compliant manner.
- • Engage in continuous learning through product, disease state, and sales skills training to enhance performance.
- • Demonstrate strong business acumen by applying data-driven insights to territory management and sales execution.
- • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to track activities, manage customer data, and report results.
- • Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend regional meetings as required.
- • Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all customer interactions.
- • Operate independently as a self-starter while contributing collaboratively to team goals and company initiatives.
- • Demonstrate leadership qualities by influencing stakeholders and driving results in a complex healthcare environment.
- • Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record to support territory access and field work.
- • Live within or within reasonable driving distance of the Boise, ID territory to ensure consistent presence and responsiveness.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to represent Viatris professionally.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS or BA degree required
- • Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience (combination of education and experience may be considered)
- • Demonstrated history of successful sales performance
- • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- • Ability to travel and reside within or near the Boise, ID territory (Twin Falls, Idaho Falls)
- • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
