- • This is a future talent opportunity for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive in the AMER region, focused on driving net new business for Remote’s Global HR Platform. The role is part of Remote’s Future Opening pipeline initiative, designed to connect with outstanding professionals early for strategic growth in 2025 and beyond.
- • Day to day, the Account Executive will create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates, maintain a clean and high-velocity sales pipeline, self-generate leads via cold calls, networking, and industry events, present and deliver information to prospects, answer client questions promptly, collaborate internally with supporting departments, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas while guiding clients through the process with integrity and advisor-like trust-building.

🎯 Requirements
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas
- • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- • Ability to confidently make cold calls to build pipelines
- • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
- • In-depth understanding of sales processes and ability to manage the full sales cycle
