📋 Description

  • As a Gebietsleiter (m/w/d) for Solenis LLC (operating under the Diversey brand), you will play a key role in driving sales and market expansion for TASKI-branded cleaning and hygiene solutions across Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, and northern Lower Saxony. This position is vital to maintaining and growing the company’s presence in a competitive B2B market by delivering tailored hygiene and cleaning solutions to clients in sectors such as hospitality, food and beverage, healthcare, retail, and facility management.
  • Your day-to-day responsibilities include independently maintaining and expanding the TASKI business, building and nurturing customer relationships, selling chemical products, machinery, equipment, and services, acquiring new customers, presenting and demonstrating new products and systems, training client staff and colleagues, managing your territory using financial KPIs (sales, SGP, Esta figures), preparing reports, and collaborating closely with internal teams including field service, application technology, and TCS machine service.
  • You will join a global leader in hygiene and cleaning solutions with over 8,900 employees across more than 80 countries, serving approximately 85,000 customers. Diversey combines chemicals, equipment, and sustainability programs into integrated solutions, emphasizing that cleaning and hygiene are foundational to healthy living. The German branch offers a dynamic, values-driven environment where individual talent is nurtured and teamwork is strengthened.
  • In this role, you will develop advanced sales and territory management skills, deepen your expertise in B2B sales of technical products within the cleaning industry, gain experience in financial reporting and KPI-driven planning, and grow professionally through autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and structured onboarding—positioning you for long-term career progression within a stable, innovative organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical/vocational basic education
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably with investment goods
  • Chemical and technical knowledge, with prior experience in the cleaning industry involving chemicals, machines, and equipment being advantageous
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High social competence, persistence, and a communicative personality
  • Good German and English language skills in both spoken and written form
  • Very good MS Office skills; ideally CRM knowledge
