Ocra, a leader in AI-powered Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for hotel parking assets, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to drive new business acquisition for our innovative parking technology and managed services solutions, empowering hotels to maximize revenue from underutilized parking inventory.
- • At Ocra, we are revolutionizing the parking industry by providing hotels with a sophisticated platform to sell parking spaces to non-guest customers, particularly those seeking convenient parking near airports and event venues. Our expert team leverages cutting-edge AI to drive revenue growth without increasing labor costs or disrupting hotel operations. We are committed to helping hotels enhance their Net Operating Income (NOI) while ensuring that parking remains a seamless experience for hotel guests and staff. With a strong track record of success, Ocra partners with over 50 operators and 25 hotel groups, managing 600 locations across North America. Our recent $5 million funding round, co-led by Trestle Partners and MCR Hotels, underscores our significant market traction and future potential.
- • As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to generate revenue by selling Ocra's advanced parking revenue management software and comprehensive managed services. This role demands a proactive and collaborative approach, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and understanding the unique needs of potential clients.
- • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Prospecting and identifying potential hotel clients who can benefit from Ocra's innovative parking solutions.
- • Securing and leading engaging face-to-face meetings with key business leaders and decision-makers within hotel organizations, from property managers to corporate executives.
- • Delivering persuasive and compelling customer presentations and proposals that clearly articulate Ocra's value proposition, highlighting how our technology can drive significant revenue growth and operational efficiencies.
- • Developing, nurturing, and maintaining a robust and active sales pipeline through strategic outreach and follow-up.
- • Accurately managing and updating all account status and sales activity information within our HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing insights for sales strategy.
- • Effectively managing the entire account development and opportunity pursuit process, leveraging the capabilities of HubSpot CRM to drive progress.
- • Providing accurate forecasts for new bookings and developing strategic plans to consistently secure new accounts and exceed sales targets.
- • Deeply understanding and applying Ocra's consultative and solution-selling methodology to effectively address client challenges and position our offerings as the optimal solution.
- • Demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to collaborate within a fast-paced start-up environment, contributing to the collective success of a small, dedicated team.
- • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with executive-level stakeholders within client organizations.
- • Comfortably discussing both the technical and non-technical aspects of Ocra's products and services with senior management.
- • Exhibiting a strong sense of urgency, a competitive spirit, and a consistently positive and proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals.
- • Applying exceptional time management skills and meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple opportunities and tasks efficiently.
