- • As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will become an integral part of our high-performing EMEA sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales for the EMEA region. This role offers the unique opportunity to assume complete ownership of your designated territory, establishing yourself as a trusted and indispensable advisor to a diverse range of stakeholders within the dynamic Crypto and Financial Services sectors. - • You will cultivate deep expertise in our product suite and apply your nuanced understanding of the ever-changing global and regional regulatory frameworks to construct compelling business cases. These cases will directly address the critical pain points and challenges faced by our prospective and existing customers. - • Key Responsibilities:
- • Orchestrate and manage the entire enterprise sales cycle, from meticulous pipeline generation and qualification through to successful deal closure, within a territory brimming with untapped potential and significant inbound interest.
- • Proactively identify, engage, and convert strategic enterprise accounts, encompassing both pre-defined target organizations and new, untapped prospects.
- • Design and implement sophisticated, multi-threaded sales strategies to effectively engage a wide spectrum of stakeholders, including but not limited to compliance officers, legal counsel, risk management professionals, procurement departments, technology leaders, and C-level executives.
- • Skillfully, creatively, and precisely manage deal cycles valued at five, six, and seven figures, employing advanced persuasion, influence, and insight-based selling techniques to achieve optimal outcomes.
- • Drive account expansion by identifying and capitalizing on timely up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, thereby maximizing the value delivered to our esteemed customers.
- • Foster collaborative relationships with global peers to jointly pursue and manage multi-region and strategic global accounts that present substantial long-term growth potential.
- • Work in close partnership with internal sales engineers, product specialists, customer success managers, and marketing teams, as well as external channel partners, to amplify your reach and accelerate sales velocity.
- • Maintain a keen awareness of industry shifts and emerging trends, adeptly translating these evolving challenges into compelling opportunities for Elliptic's comprehensive solution suite.
- • Act as a distinguished ambassador for the Elliptic brand, embodying our core values of curiosity, trust, and decisive action in every professional interaction.
- • This role demands a proactive, tenacious, and results-oriented sales professional who thrives on exceeding targets and is adept at devising innovative strategies to achieve and surpass their sales objectives. You will leverage your extensive experience in B2B enterprise SaaS and/or DaaS sales, particularly within the RegTech, FinTech, and/or Crypto sectors, to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. A proven history of consistently closing successful enterprise deals over multiple years and across different organizations is essential. You must be comfortable leading complex, long-cycle, and large-scale deals involving numerous stakeholders, while also possessing the agility to efficiently close smaller, quicker deals. Your commercial curiosity will drive you to ask insightful questions, understand the fundamental 'why' behind a customer's challenges, and utilize these insights to craft highly tailored and impactful solutions. Your confident, consultative, and persuasive approach will enable you to forge strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from mid-level managers to C-suite executives. As a collaborative team player, you will operate with independence while valuing and actively seeking support from your colleagues. Your agile, resourceful, and fearless nature will allow you to identify opportunities where others perceive obstacles and create inroads where none seem apparent. Familiarity with the MEDDPPICC sales methodology is highly advantageous.
- • We are particularly interested in candidates who possess an existing network of connections within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) space. Fluency in French is a priority, and proficiency in German, Spanish, or Italian would also be considered a significant asset.
