- • A leading company in the global employment and international payments sector is looking for a highly driven Account Executive to help expand its presence in Latin America. This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for owning the process from prospecting through closing.
- • You will work directly with prospects to understand their needs, guide them through the buying process, and close new business. Implementation and ongoing account management are handled by dedicated teams, allowing you to focus on new revenue generation.
- • The role is hybrid and requires someone based in Mexico City or Buenos Aires who is comfortable meeting prospects in person, attending events, and building strong face-to-face relationships with clients.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and events, qualify opportunities, run effective discovery conversations, build relationships with decision makers, manage a consistent pipeline, collaborate with internal teams for smooth handoffs, represent the company at local events, and develop relationships with companies hiring globally to help them adopt the platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or payroll platforms
- • Ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and consistently generate new leads
- • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building your own pipeline
- • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- • Experience closing multiple deals per month in a fast-paced environment
- • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
