- • As a Senior Sales Strategy Manager EMEA at DeepL, you will play a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market strategies and driving sustainable revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by aligning sales operations with business objectives through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
- • You will co-design and implement sales coverage models, territory plans, and account assignments; support annual budgeting and forecasting; monitor key sales KPIs; lead pipeline development; prepare executive presentations; and act as a trusted advisor to regional sales leadership while enabling leadership coverage when needed.
- • You will join the Sales Operations & Strategy team, a central function that partners with sales, finance, marketing, and other teams to deliver scalable solutions using tools like Salesforce, Kluster, Metabase, and Google Workspace to ensure forecasting accuracy, strategic alignment, and operational excellence.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic thinking, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills while owning end-to-end projects that influence global scalability, drive process innovation, and contribute to DeepL’s mission of becoming a global leader in trusted AI technology.
