  • • As an Account Executive at Astra, you will be a key driver of revenue growth by selling mission-critical payment infrastructure to B2B clients in the fintech space, directly enabling businesses to move money at scale with compliance and reliability.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to consultative selling, negotiation, and contract closure — while leveraging AI tools to enhance research and automation.
  • • You’ll join a remote-first, high-impact sales team at Astra, a fast-growing fintech company processing billions in annual transaction volume with 99.9%+ uptime, where your work directly influences product and go-to-market strategy through customer insights.
  • • In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in payment rails and financial technology, sharpen your consultative sales skills in a complex B2B environment, and grow as a strategic advisor to both clients and internal teams, positioning yourself for long-term impact in a scaling organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably at a Payments or FinTech company
  • • Proven success in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing business with strong discovery and empathy skills
  • • Understanding of technical product sales within the FinTech or Payments ecosystem
  • • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and self-awareness to build trust with stakeholders at all levels
  • • Discipline in outbound outreach and pipeline development, with ability to thrive in ambiguity and work independently
  • • Willingness to travel up to 25% annually
