- • The Intelligent Paving Software Sales Specialist at Topcon Corporation is responsible for driving sales and adoption of intelligent paving software solutions within an assigned territory, playing a key role in advancing sustainable construction and infrastructure development through innovative technology.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales opportunities with dealer and OEM partners, delivering training and support, leading performance reviews, supporting product validation and technical integration, representing solutions at industry events, and developing strategic market initiatives for emerging applications like Intelligent Compaction and 3D Milling.
- • Topcon Positioning Group designs, manufactures, and distributes productivity tools for construction, geopositioning, and agriculture industries, headquartered in Livermore, California, with a mission to build a sustainable future through workflow automation and data connectivity.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in intelligent paving technologies, strengthen channel sales and partner enablement skills, contribute to product-market fit through field feedback, and grow impact in emerging infrastructure segments while working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and product teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in construction, agriculture, or geospatial technology sectors
- • Proven ability to manage dealer and OEM relationships, including training, performance tracking, and joint business planning
- • Strong presentation and demonstration skills for technical solutions at trade shows, field events, and customer meetings
- • Experience supporting product validation, beta testing, or field feedback processes with engineering teams
- • Ability to develop and deliver sales enablement content, training materials, and market development strategies
- • Self-motivated, remote-work capable professional with strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
