- • As a Senior Account Manager at Trustly Group AB, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships with key merchant clients in the UK market, directly contributing to Trustly’s mission of building the world’s most disruptive payment network.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and expanding a portfolio of enterprise-level merchant accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients integrating Trustly’s Open Banking Payments solutions.
- • You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on client needs, gather feedback for product improvement, and deliver tailored payment solutions that enhance checkout experiences for merchants and consumers alike.
- • Trustly is a global fintech leader headquartered in Stockholm with a strong presence in London, known for its innovative, entrepreneurial culture and commitment to revolutionizing payments through secure, bank-based technology. - • Proven experience in B2B account management or sales, preferably within fintech, payments, or financial services
- • Strong track record of managing and growing enterprise client relationships and achieving revenue targets
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
