📋 Description
- • Senior Account Executive role focused on driving new logo sales for Square’s ecosystem within the restaurant vertical, targeting small to mid-sized businesses in the Bay Area.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing leads, conducting cold calls and emails, delivering product demos, developing consultative sales solutions, partnering with Business Development to convert outbound leads, managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close, and ensuring successful onboarding through cross-functional collaboration.
- • The role sits within Square’s Outbound Sales Team, contributing to a mission of empowering sellers with integrated commerce and financial tools — from payments and inventory to buy now, pay later and staffing solutions — helping businesses grow at every stage.
- • This position offers the opportunity to master enterprise sales motions, refine consultative selling techniques, build deep expertise in the restaurant technology landscape, and directly impact revenue growth while shaping go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role
- • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
- • Prior experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
- • Business development experience, including new logo sourcing and acquisition
- • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
- • Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
