- • We are looking for a top-tier performer who thrives in a proactive, "hunting" sales environment, capable of building and managing their pipeline from the ground up.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire sales cycle, from developing strategic account-level plans to identifying and engaging prospects, and ultimately closing new business.
- • This will involve conducting a high volume of outreach through emails, calls, and Zoom meetings, supplemented by limited in-person presentations to secure new clients.
- • You will be responsible for communicating all proposals, pricing structures, and navigating contract negotiations with potential customers.
- • A key aspect of this role is establishing and nurturing meaningful, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their initial point of contact and becoming a trusted multifamily expert.
- • You will collaborate closely with our sales development and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact through onboarding and sales conversion.
- • You will act as a brand ambassador for ApartmentIQ, actively representing our company and products in your assigned markets and at relevant industry events.
- • Effective pipeline management, accurate sales forecasting, and diligent activity tracking within Salesforce CRM are critical components of this role.
- • You will be expected to consistently meet and exceed established performance metrics and sales targets.
- • This role requires a willingness to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time, for industry events, conferences, and crucial customer meetings.
