  • • As an Account Executive at P2P.org, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing the complete sales cycle of business development. This involves a proactive approach to analyzing and identifying new opportunities, cultivating rewarding partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
  • • Our business development strategy is deeply rooted in the proactive efforts of our sales team, working in close synergy with our product, legal, and research departments. You will be expected to demonstrate persistence in closing deals, exhibit a high degree of curiosity, and employ inventive strategies to achieve exceptional results.
  • • Your responsibilities will include conducting direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products, targeting a diverse client base that includes various types of funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (whales).
  • • You will be instrumental in proactively identifying and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their unique needs, and delivering highly tailored solutions that address those requirements.
  • • You will lead and manage deals from inception to completion, independently coordinating with relevant departments—product, legal, and research—to ensure a seamless and efficient deal closure process.
  • • Your oversight will encompass the entire deal lifecycle, from the initial cold outreach and qualification stages through to contract negotiation, signing, and the final receipt of payment, ensuring a robust and professional client engagement.
  • • This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing directly to P2P.org's continued success and expansion in the institutional staking and DeFi space.
