- • Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure for Luminovo’s electronics supply chain platform in North America.
- • Build and nurture a targeted network within the electronics manufacturing ecosystem, including EMS providers, OEM designers, and strategic partners in the Austin region and beyond.
- • Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach using calls, emails, and LinkedIn, supported by sales enablement tools and marketing materials.
- • Attend industry sales fairs and events to establish Luminovo’s local presence and brand visibility in the North American electronics market.
- • Conduct customer-centric discovery meetings to identify pain points, assess business impact potential, and align Luminovo’s solution with customer needs.
- • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight measurable value and differentiate Luminovo from competitors in the electronics design and supply chain space.
- • Facilitate workshops and deep-dive sessions with domain experts to validate ROI and prove technical and operational impact to prospects.
- • Guide prospects through the buyer journey, negotiate terms to achieve win-win outcomes, and close contracts with clear next steps.
- • Ensure seamless handover of closed deals to Customer Success for implementation and ongoing value delivery.
- • Proactively track sales metrics, leading indicators, and pipeline health to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to optimize CRM (HubSpot) usage, forecast accuracy, and sales sequence effectiveness.
- • Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy aligned with customer feedback and market trends.
- • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer insights, influence roadmap priorities, and ensure product-market fit.
- • Mentor junior Account Executives by coaching on sales techniques, refining the sales playbook, and modeling high-performance behaviors.
- • Embrace continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback from managers and peers, iterating on processes, and adapting to market dynamics.
- • Deepen expertise in B2B SaaS sales within the technical electronics industry, applying the SPICED framework as a guiding methodology.
- • Operate in a hybrid model based in Austin, TX, with regular in-person collaboration required at the office and at industry events.
- • Represent Luminovo as a strategic consultant, not a transactional sales agent, focusing on long-term customer success and technical progress.
- • Contribute to building Luminovo’s first North American sales team and shaping its culture, processes, and growth trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within technical or industrial software markets
- • Demonstrated ability to generate and manage a full sales pipeline from prospecting to close
- • Strong network or access to the electronics manufacturing, EMS, or OEM industry in North America
- • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
- • Familiarity with SPICED or similar sales frameworks for complex B2B sales cycles
- • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
